Speeding Tickets

Driving over the posted speed limit does not necessarily mean you were speeding. There are many things the state must prove before you can be found guilty of violating the law. Because I knew what to say or ask at my trial, I got out of a ticket because some cop (probably behind on his tickets for the day) issued me a ticket for speeding. My contention is that when you know the rules, a Radar ticket is the easiest to beat.

Among all the websites on the internet, I believe PayPal is the most unethical. I base my view on my personal experience as well as people I chat with on a daily basis. After I bought a defective product on line through Ebay, I ended up having to sue them in small claims court. The process of suing, if you believe PayPal owes you money, is really very simple when you know how. And you do not need an attorney. Dissent – Civil Disobedience

I do not believe that there has been anyone more responsible in turning me into a law-abiding rebel than Abe Fortas, former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. Read what he wrote about civil disobedience at a time when the country was involved in the war in Vietnam and the country was going through a period of unrest. I believe the same words apply today (2005) as the war in foreign countries.

People ask me when I first realized I was a Rebel. The answer is that I don’t really know. Was it in my catholic school when I rebelled against things sister was trying to teach me or was it when I was in the contracting business and felt building inspectors were not as professional as I thought they should be? Perhaps it was when I was very young and fought with my 5 brothers and sisters? Whatever the reason, I have written about things I rebelled against.
